These terms govern your use of the IPTV Nordic service, operated by an independent operator. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. The service

IPTV Nordic provides access to a streaming service that lets you view media content over the internet on supported devices. We provide access to the service; we do not transfer ownership of any content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website and are charged per year. An order is confirmed once payment is received and the service is activated. You are responsible for providing accurate order details.

4. Your obligations

• Use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial use.
• Do not resell, redistribute or share your access with others.
• Keep your access credentials confidential and secure your devices.
• Provide accurate information and a working contact method.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Availability can be affected by your internet connection, devices and factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues caused by your equipment, network or misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Right of withdrawal & refunds

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, for example through resale, sharing, fraud or other misuse. You may stop using the service at any time; renewal is never automatic.

9. Intellectual property

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content is infringing, see our DMCA / Copyright page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law and applicable EU law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
