Refund Policy

IPTV Nordic is operated by an independent operator and follows EU consumer protection law. This policy explains your right of withdrawal and how refunds work.

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of placing your order (Ångerrätt), without giving any reason.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and the email used for the order. A clear statement that you wish to withdraw is enough. We will confirm receipt.

3. Processing time

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Reasonable exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply, or may be reduced, where:

• you expressly asked to start using the digital service immediately and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal once fully performed;
• the order was abused, resold or shared in breach of our terms;
• the request is made fraudulently.

We always honour mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

5. Problems with the service

If something is not working, contact [email protected] first — we will try to resolve it. Many issues are quick to fix and a refund may not be necessary.
