Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-25
IPTV Nordic is operated by an independent operator. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.
1. Who is responsible
IPTV Nordic is run by an independent operator (not a registered company). You can reach us for any privacy matter at [email protected].
2. What data we collect
We only collect what you give us when you contact or order:
- Email address — to reply and to deliver your service.
- Contact handle — the WhatsApp number or Telegram username you choose to share.
- Order details — selected plan, device type and, for certain devices, a MAC address you provide.
- Message content and any details you add yourself.
- Technical data — IP address and timestamp of your submission, kept for security and fraud prevention.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- To process your order and provide the service — performance of a contract.
- To answer your questions and provide support — legitimate interest.
- To prevent abuse and secure our service — legitimate interest.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation.
4. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, and as required by applicable law. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Third parties that process data
We share data only with service providers needed to run the service, and only to the extent necessary:
- Our hosting provider, where the website runs.
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website (security, caching).
- Telegram, which we use to receive order and contact notifications.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are relied upon.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Sweden, IMY — Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
