Set IPTV: setup
Set IPTV is an app for Smart TVs, mainly Samsung and LG, that plays IPTV from an M3U list. You install the app, note your MAC address and upload your list via the Set IPTV portal.
Which TVs are supported?
Primarily Samsung and LG TVs with the Set IPTV app.
Do I need a box?
No, the app runs directly on your Smart TV.
How do I add the list?
Via an M3U link uploaded on the Set IPTV portal.
What is the MAC address for?
It links your list to your specific TV in the portal.

Set IPTV on Smart TV — no box needed
Set IPTV runs directly on Samsung and LG Smart TVs, so you can watch IPTV Nordic's 43,000+ channels in up to 4K without extra hardware. It works much like other portal-based apps — see also Smart IPTV.
Using and updating the Set IPTV portal
Set IPTV links your list to your TV through a web portal rather than inside the app. The key detail is the MAC address shown on your TV: enter it on the portal exactly, paste your M3U link and save. If you ever change your list, you update it on the same portal against the same MAC and refresh the app — there is no need to reinstall anything on the TV.
Set IPTV troubleshooting
If no channels show, the usual cause is the list being uploaded to the wrong MAC address, so double-check it matches the one on your TV. After any change, fully restart the app so it pulls the latest list. Set IPTV often starts with a short free trial and then a small one-time activation; that fee is for the app and is separate from your IPTV subscription.
If you change or replace your TV
Because Set IPTV ties your list to the TV's MAC address, a new TV has a new MAC, so you simply add your list to the portal against that new address — your subscription itself is unchanged. The same applies if you move the app to a different Samsung or LG set. There is nothing to cancel and re-buy; you are just pointing the same list at a different screen.
Tips
Keep your M3U link private and use a stable connection (15–25 Mbps for 4K). For other devices, see supported devices, or if you're new, read What is IPTV?.
